Cancellation Policy

Information regarding order cancellations and modifications.

How to Cancel?

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to "My Orders".
  3. Find the order you wish to cancel.
  4. Click on the "Cancel Order" button.

Refunds on Cancellation

If you paid online, the refund will be initiated immediately upon cancellation. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Note:

Once an order is marked as "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the delivery at your doorstep or initiate a return after receiving the product.
